Shipping Our standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise specified, and is prepaid and included in the final bid price. We ship the next business day after your payment clears and in most cases you should receive your purchase by the fifth business day. USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail service is available, for faster delivery, with additional charges. Feedback We understand that our customers are the reason that we are in business. We value your feedback and we hope that you will take time to let us know how we performed. Terms We put our shoes on one at a time. We are much like you, with families, insurance premiums, mortgages, and car payments… just like you. We live by the golden rule and that seems to work out very well in most cases. Returns You may return your product within 7 days of delivery for exchange. Returned items must be in the original condition with all components and manuals in the same shipping packaging. You must contact us prior to returning the item for address instructions. The return address may be different from our shipping address. Returns may go to a third party Notary who opens the box to certify serial numbers and condition of the goods that are returned. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, in every case. Items returned without authorization will be refused and returned to the shipper. Trust and Safety We place a high value on safety, privacy, and security. We do not give out your information without account verification. We will require verification of account information before we discuss anything about your account. We report all suspicious activities and will cooperate with valid agencies. Warranty Some products carry a manufacturers warranty and is indicated in the description.
